I work at the intersection of user insight, product strategy and experience design.
Over the past 10 years I’ve helped organisations understand real customer behaviour and translate that insight into new products, services and growth opportunities.
I lead multidisciplinary teams across research, experience design and product development to take ideas from discovery through validation and into delivery. My work often starts with deep exploration of customer needs and ends with defining new propositions, digital platforms or ventures.
I’m particularly interested in how organisations move from insight to action, using research not just to understand users, but to guide strategic product decisions and reduce risk before building.
