I am a principal-level strategic designer and researcher with 10 years of experience helping organisations make better decisions about what to build, who for, and why it matters.
At BCG X I lead multidisciplinary teams across research, product, design and engineering. My work usually starts with deep customer and market exploration and ends with new propositions, platforms, or ventures ready for investment or launch.
I am most useful at inflection points: when an organisation knows something needs to change but is not sure what to build next. I specialise in turning customer insight into strategy decisions that reduce risk before building.
