I facilitated a design jam for TTC Labs on designing for Trust and transparency for young people. The Design Jams were part of a global series and I facilitated in London and Washington.

 

The audience were a mix of privacy policy makers, designers and industry experts, and the goal was to create innovative design solutions that put people in control of their privacy.

 

As part of the outcome of the series I synthesised the output of multiple jams into a report on design for trust and transparency with young people.

 

I was asked to design and write the report to make it accessible to a design and policy community. It details the key principles for designers and policy makers to consider when designing a digital product for a young person.

 

Now published - after a year of iterations and inputs from many designers and policy experts.
